Design Mark
The mark consists of the design features of the front of a cereal box package. The dotted outline of the packaging is intended to show the position of the mark and is not part of the mark. A banner design which has the words "GOLDEN FOODS" in white letters on a red background appears in the upper left corner. Two wavy lines in blue and yellow appear at the bottom of the banner design. Below the banner, the word "CRUNCHY" in white is located above the word "KING" in gold. The words "CRUNCHY" and "KING" are partially outlined in blue and partially appear on a blue background. On the right side of the package there is a fanciful character of a king in a standing position with folded arms. There is a bowl of cereal in splashing milk on the left side of the package. Above the bowl of cereal there is a gray castle. The color dark brown appears on the king's upper portion of his hair, eyebrows, button of the cape, suit, belt and sleeve cuffs. The color light brown appears on the lower portion of the king's suit and on the bowl. The color tan appears on the king's face and hands. The color gold appears on the king's crown. The color yellow appears on king's torso, the belt buckle and the bowl. The color blue appears on the king's eyes, cape and the top of the castle. The color white appears on the king's eyes, teeth and the milk. The color black appears on the king's sleeves, pants, eyes and as shading of the king's silhouette. The color turquoise is on the design of cereal bowl. The color dark red is on the packaging background.
