Design Mark
The mark consists of the design features of the front of a cereal box package. The dotted outline for the package is intended to show the position of the mark and is not part of the mark. A banner design which has the words "GOLDEN FOODS" in white letters on a red background appears in the upper left corner. Two wavy lines in blue and yellow appear at the bottom of the banner design. Below the banner is a fanciful dinosaur character in green outlined in black is reaching out to a yellow bowl of multicolored cereals appearing in colors pink, blue, yellow, orange, and green with white milk splashing out of the bowl. The fanciful dinosaur has raised eyebrows, an open mouth bearing teeth and tongue sticking out. In his right hand he holds a gray spoon outlined in black. The color red appears in the dinosaur's tongue. The color white appears on the teeth and the eyes of the dinosaur.
