Design Mark
The mark consists of a colorful striped balloon with a stylized cartoon character hanging below the balloon. The balloon is outlined in black and has vertical colored stripes in the colors, left to right, of purple, orange, yellow, red, blue, green, and pink. A horizontal transparent stripe across the middle of the balloon has a centered colored phrase of the words "SOFT & SILLY" on two lines, with "SOFT &" being on the top line and "SILLY" being on the bottom line. The letters of the words "SOFT & SILLY" are each in a separate color and outlined in black, using the colors of green (for the first "S"), pink (for the "O"), blue (for the "F"), yellow (for the "T"), red (for the "&"), yellow (for the second "S"), red (for the "I"), green (for the first "L"), orange (for the second "L"), and purple (for the "Y"). A perspective-shaded gold ring is at the bottom of the balloon, having a bottom flange separated from the upper body of the ring by a thin yellow line, and the stylized cartoon character grips the ring on the left and right sides of the flange with its left and right gloved hands. The cartoon character is outlined in black has a yellow circular head, yellow left and right upstretched arms bent at the elbows, and yellow left and right legs bent at the knees, but no body. The gloves on the left and right hands are white, and an orange boot with red laces is on the character's left and right feet.
