The mark consists of a rectangular description depicting a red caboose with a black undercarriage and stove pipe, blue windows, and a yellow cupola located at the rear of the caboose. An emblem is on the side of the red caboose that is a yellow circle with a yellow + sign embedded within the circle on which are located the initials "RCW" in red. The word "RED" in the mark is the same size as the capital "R" in "ROLLING" and is in capital block letters shaded in red.
