Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a specific design feature of the goods consisting of end portions of the block of a broom and a lower end portion of the handle of the broom wherein each end portion of the block has a contrasting appearance relative to its adjacent block portion and wherein the lower end portion of the handle has a contrasting appearance relative to its adjacent handle portion. The drawing is lined to show the contrasting portions. The dotted lines in the drawing are used to show the position of the mark on the goods and are not a part of the mark.
