The mark consists of the logo for "VENRX". The "V" is capitalized; the "EN" is lower case with the "E" starting from within the "V." The lower part of the "V" extends below the "EN". The "R" in "RX" is in capitals and the "X" is lowercase. The right lower line of the "R" becomes the first diagonal of the "X" and the "X" extends beneath the "R."
