The mark consists of the design and layout of a retail store. The store features a clear glass storefront with narrow rectangular horizontal panels over the top and bottom of the left and right sides of the glass front, and a thicker center panel stacked on top of the central glass doorway. The central glass doorway is recessed from the left and right sides of the glass storefront. Within the store, circular recessed lighting units traverse the length of the store's ceiling. Domed lighting units in black color traverse the length of the store's ceiling, equally placed at the front left and right sides of the store immediately visible through the clear glass storefront. Display pedestals are equally placed at the front left and right sides of the store immediately visible through the clear glass storefront. The display pedestals consist of a gold color base, white color mid-section and clear acrylic riser. The front right side wall consists of a glass panel followed by a white color modular art panel, with a gold and white color in-wall product display installed at the center of the white color modular art panel. The rear right side wall consists of stacked white color wall panels, each containing a rectangular cut out with puck lighting. The front left side wall in white color contains a pre-fabricated graphic lightbox with gold bordering. The middle left side wall in white color contains three rows of equally spaced wall panels and niches, the top row consisting of pre-fabricated graphic lightboxes, the middle row consisting of short rectangular niches with gold color interiors, and the bottom row consisting of longer rectangular niches with gold color interiors. The rear store wall consists of a black color tempered glass center panel surrounded by white color wall panels to the left and right. Immediately in front of the black color tempered glass panel is a cashwrap consisting of a white color modular art panel stacked on top of a gold color base. Immediately above the cashwrap is a hanging textured globe pendant light in gold color. To the left of the black tempered glass center panel is a doorway covered by a gold color textured curtain providing entrance to a store VIP area. There are demonstration tables arranged in a line along both the left and right side walls immediately visible through the clear glass storefront, each table containing one side panel and countertop in black color and the rest of the table panels in white color. One side of each demonstration table also includes two white carved legs. The walls, floors, lighting, and other fixtures appearing in dotted lines are not claimed as individual features of the mark; however, the colors and overall placement of the various items as specified herein are considered to be part of the overall mark.
