Design Mark
The mark consists of two words: "LITTER ZONE". "LITTER" is written in black stylized text with white borders. "ZONE" is written on the next line beginning under the last "R" in "LITTER". "ZONE" is written in white block letters with black shadowing; the center of the "O" is colored blue. Four vertically placed black paw prints appear above the "O" in "ZONE"; the last print centered in the "O". Two more paw prints, colored white with black borders, cross the lower border of the "O". A cat's nose, mouth, and whiskers are drawn in black, white, and red directly under the word "LITTER" and to the left of the word "ZONE". The nose is colored red and centered under the first "T" of "LITTER".
