The mark consists of a tree frog with four legs, the front two legs are shorter, the back two legs are longer; the left front leg above head higher than right front leg, and right back leg bent up near the body, left back leg extended below the body; each of the four legs have striping of yellow, red, yellow, red, then blue shaped as a web on two front feet, with four webbed toes in yellow on each of the front feet with red shadings outlined in blue, the back legs having same coloring and shape with the addition of yellow appearing on the back leg with red shadings and outlined in blue; the body is dark blue with medium blue shading to represent glossy texture; eyes are yellow with black center in each to represent pupil.
