The mark consists of three interlocking rounded diamond shapes with the letters "IFAC" written across the center of the three shapes in capital letters. The portion of the rounded diamond shapes that overlap appear shaded. The words "INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF ACCOUNTANTS" appear directly to the right of the shapes. The first letter of each word is capitalized, the remaining letters are in lowercase.
