Design Mark
The mark consists of a crest in an outlined medieval shield design with bars in shades which contrast with each other radiating to the center of the shield with a Maltese cross superimposed on the front; the letter "M" appears outlined in a contrasting shade in the center of the cross; on both sides of the "M", shaded, outlines lightning bolts whose points meet at the top of the crest and trace down and outward to the sides of the crest and to the outside of said "M"; and, at the bottom of the lightning bolts, an outlined ribbon running from left to right containing the words: "FIDES" "FACULTAS" "VENERATIO" and "PHILOGUS" separated by brown diamond shapes.
