The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear bottle for use as packaging for the liquid goods, and wording and designs appearing thereon. The mark includes the color green applied over and around the cap and extending partly down the neck of the bottle, with a gold band appearing near the bottom thereof and with a gold shield appearing above the gold band on the bottle neck. Inside the shield is a stylized rendition of the letters "FV" in green. The bottle is imprinted with the text "FUZZY'S ULTRA PREMIUM VODKA" shown in green text, where the word "FUZZY'S" also shows gold text shadowing the green text. Below those words, there is a gold frame bordering a depiction of a golf course scene showing green grass and trees, a gold flag on a white pole, gold sand, blue water, a blue sky and white clouds. Within the gold lines on the left of the signature are the text "HANDCRAFTED AND BATCH DISTILLED" appearing in green text, with the text "CHARCOAL FILTERED TEN TIMES" appearing in green text within the gold lines to the right of the signature. At the bottom of the bottle, the text "PROUDLY MADE IN THE U.S.A." appear in green over the text "DISTILLED FROM GRAIN" in green over the text "750ML - 40% ALCOHOL BY VOLUME - 80 PROOF" also in green.
