Design Mark
The mark consists of a shield shape with the bottom half filled in, having the silhouette of a pig looking left in the top unfilled half. The words "GOLD CANYON GOURMET PORK" are outlined in the bottom filled in portion of the shield shape, where the word "GOLD" is above the word "CANYON" and where there is a horizontal line separating "GOLD CANYON" from "GOURMET PORK". The words "GOURMET PORK" are separated by a small star. All words are in capital letters.
