The CERTIFIED PASSIVE HOUSE mark is issued by Applicant through the Passive House Institute (PHI), as the internationally recognized body that certifies the performance of energy efficient buildings and their components as well as the proficiency of the professionals that design these structures worldwide. Through its network of professionals, this certification has established practical standards of excellence in the field of energy efficient architecture. Individuals, components and buildings meeting these high standards, as demonstrated by certification testing or requisite reports, are recognized with special distinction within the relevant international community.
