Detailed Classifications
Class 009
Computer application software for mobile phones, namely, a mobile application used by two people to facilitate planning their time together, learning more about each other, encouraging communication, and building intimacy in their relationship. The people using the application are 2 people who are involved in a relationship wherein their lives intersect and they have day-to-day interaction with their schedules. Couples will be able to enter data for restaurants they'd like to try, events they want to attend, places they'd like to shop, movies they might wish to see, tasks they'd like to accomplish together, etc. A weekend planner screen allows the couple to draw from their data to plan their weekend, encouraging and enabling them to do things together that they might not remember to do. A date-night planner screen enables them plan a romantic evening with events, restaurants, etc. that have been entered into the system that are marked as date-night-compatible. There is also a trip planner section where couples can plan trips together collecting the couple's data that includes packing lists, flight information, activities to try, lodging information, transportation, etc. This application is not designed as a lightweight, romantic mobile application but is intended to help couples deal with the logistics of a real-world relationship where schedules clash and there is a desire to plan their time together to accomplish shared goals and to encourage couples to expand their routines to include new events, activities, restaurants, etc
