CHALKBOARD CHUCK C2

The mark consists of a stylized design of the word and number combination of "Chalkboard Chuck C2". The design utilizes the colors orange, yellow, black, white, light gray, and dark gray. The focal point of the mark is a large capital letter "C" design which utilizes a block letter that is orange in color. There is a yellow border around the letter "C" that is approximately one-fifth the thickness of the letter "C". Around the yellow border, there is a thin black border that is approximately one-third the thickness of the yellow border. Inside the letter "C", there is thin black shadowing protruding from the right hand side of the yellow border. Outside the letter "C", there is a thick dark gray shadowing which also favors the right hand side of the design. In the upper right hand quadrant of the large letter "C", there is a large stylized design of the number "2". The texture of the figure 2 design imitates the textured coarse mark that a physical piece of chalk would make if writing on a physical chalkboard. The "2" is yellow in color and has a thin black border. The "2" is designed to appear three-dimensional in reference to the letter "C" in that it casts a large dark gray shadow to the bottom and slightly to the right hand side of the number "2". The thickness of the dark gray shadowing is approximately half the size of the number "2" design. Above the "C2" design is the word "Chalkboard". While the "C2" design is primarily centered beneath the word "Chalkboard", the word "Chalkboard" favors the left side of the overall mark. Small portions of the letters of the word "Chalkboard" descend into the "C2" design. The word "Chalkboard" is illustrated with an upper-case letter "C", with the rest of the word being illustrated in lower-case lettering. The word "Chalkboard" is written in ballooned lettering. The lettering is white and has a thin black bordering. Behind the black bordering, there is then a light-gray shadowing of the word, which favors the right side of the lettering. The thickness of the light-gray shadowing is approximately the same thickness of the thin-black bordering of the lettering of the word "Chalkboard". Behind the gray shadowing, there is an additional layer of black shadowing, favoring the right side of the previous gray shadowing. The black shadowing is approximately twice the thickness of the gray shadowing. Finally, behind the black shadowing, there is another layer of light-gray shadowing, which thickness is approximately the same as the previous light-gray shadowing. This final layer of shadowing also favors the right side of the lettering. The word "Chalkboard" is approximately one-sixth the thickness size of the total mark. Towards the bottom of the "C2" design is the word "Chuck". The word "Chuck" also uses the same color scheme and ballooned lettering as the word "Chalkboard". The word "Chuck" is larger than the word "Chalkboard" and is approximately one-fourth the thickness size of the total mark. The word "Chuck" is positioned slightly below the bottom half of the "C2" design. The "C2" design is primarily centered in reference to the word "Chuck", but the word "Chuck" does favor the right side of the overall mark. Both words are on a horizontal plane with an increase of angle of approximately 30 degrees from the left side of the mark to the right side of the mark.
