The mark consists of a blue background with narrow diagonal white lines, and a red horizontal band along the lower border with a very narrow white horizontal line above it; the center of the mark contains an oblong darker blue-bordered circle, above which is a dark blue shield on which are displayed the words "EMPACADORA," "EMSANMAR," and "SAN MARCOS," in white font, along with the design of a multi-story blue tower within a separate shield having a red border and yellow background, sitting atop the larger, dark blue shield. The white area inside the oblong circle represents the space wherein the product is pictured and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.

The color(s) blue, red, yellow and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
Translation
The English translation of "empacadora" and "San Marcos" in the mark is "packer" and "Saint Mark. The wording "EMSANMAR" has no meaning in a foreign language.
