Design Mark
The mark consists of a logo containing the following elements in order from top to bottom: (i) a shaded square containing cartoon images of sperm-cell characters, swimming horizontally across, and toward the right-hand side of, the square. The sperm-cell characters each show one tail, one eye, and a closed, smiling mouth. The tails of each of the characters are shown in varying lengths and in oscillating wave patterns suggesting movement. The head of the longest and lead sperm-cell character extends slightly beyond the right-hand border of the shaded square; (ii) the trademark and service mark "FERTILITY SOLUTIONS" in capital letters with the word "FERTILITY" appearing above the word "SOLUTIONS". The first and last letters of both words are in line vertically with the left-hand and right-hand borders, respectively, of the shaded square above; (iii) the service mark "THE SEMEN ANALYSIS EXPERTS" in capital letters with the first and last letters of the mark in line vertically with the left-hand and right-hand borders, respectively, of the shaded square above.
