Design Mark
The mark consists of a stylized capital letter "S" near the center of the mark. The central "S" element is stylized such that it consists of a generally rounded shape with a slight downward bulbous protrusion on the upper end of the "S." This central "S" element consists of a black outline with the inner portion of the letter filled in red. To the lower left of the central "S" element, sloping downward from left to right, is the term "skittered" in lowercase letters and in black color. This lower-left "skittered" element is positioned such that its beginning "s" is to the left of and near the bottom of the central "S" element, while its terminal "d" is nearly directly below the central "S" element. To the upper right of the central "S" element, sloping upward from right to left, and written such that it is upside-down in relation to the lower-left "skittered" element, is a second "skittered" element. This upper-right "skittered" element is in lowercase letters and black color. This upper-right "skittered" element is positioned such that its beginning "s" is to the right of and near the top of the central "S" element, while its terminal "d" is nearly directly above the central "S" element. To the upper left of the central "S" element, sloping upward from left to right is the term "kittere" in lowercase letters and black color. This term is positioned such that its beginning "k" is near the bottom of and to the left of the central "S" element, while its terminal "e" is nearly directly above the central "S" element. The position of the upper-left "kittere" element effectively connects the beginning "s" of the lower-left "skittered" element to the terminal "d" of the upper-right "skittered" element. To the lower right of the central "S" element, sloping upward from left to right, and written such that it is upside-down in relation to the upper-left "kittere" element, is a second "kittere" element. This lower-right "kittere" element is in lowercase letters and black color. This lower-right "kittere" element is positioned such that its beginning "k" is to the right of and near the top of the central "S" element, while its terminal "e" is nearly directly below the central "S" element. The position of the lower-right "kittere" element effectively connects the beginning "s" of the upper-right "skittered" element to the terminal "d" of the lower-left "skittered" element. When the "skittered" and "kittere" elements are viewed as a whole, the central "S" element is effectively within a diamond shaped box made up of these elements. The font size of the central "S" element is larger than the font size of the "skittered" and "kittere" elements, which are all of the same font size. The font type of the central "S" element is different than that of the "skittered" and "kittere" elements, which all possess the same font type.
