The seal, formed by two concentric circles, surrounds the image of an orange and white Bengal tiger, the acronym "FOBANA" written in Bengali and in green on the lower portion of the image and four waving flags representing Mexico, Bangladesh, the United States of America and Canada, towards the upper periphery.
