The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration or trade dress for the appearance and design of the interior of a restaurant. A communal eating area appears in the middle and back wall of the design and evokes images of 12th Century Mongol warrior camps through use of decorative natural tile and stone and wood finishes on table and bar tops, baseboards, and wainscots, and natural wood finishes as accents on table and/or chair edges, bench seating, wall finishes and/or chairs. There are decorative flags and gongs evoking images of Mongol warriors on the back wall and a decorative gong behind the open cooking space, which features an exposed, large circular grill evoking grills used by Mongolian warriors at camp. Behind the communal eating area and in the corner, there is an open food bar at which consumers can select ingredients for their meal.
