SOBRANIE SOBRANIE

The mark consists of the wording "SOBRANIE" and design on distinctive packaging for the goods. There is a rectangle at the top left hand side of the packaging with a design feature at the top left corner and the letters "SOBRANIE" at the bottom of the design. The design feature consists of a crest design primarily with a crown design at the top with two smaller crowns there under above two eagles in profile setting back to back, each with wings spread open with representations of chains and central crest with a horse and rider; and secondary crests with representations of a crown and sword; griffins, crown and arrows, horse and riders, line and swords; line, griffins, crown and eagles; double-headed eagle in profile with shield; eagle in profile; and an eagle walking in profile on the wings (see clockwise) over the top of the wording "SOBRANIE" in uppercase stylized letters; in addition, the wording "SOBRANIE" is on the right side of the packaging in the middle. The remaining background of the packaging is covered by very thin horizontal lines. The dotted lines appearing round the perimeter of the design represent the shape of a cigarette box. A quarter of the way down the rectangular design appears a horizontal line which represents the flip top of the box; furthermore, there are two straight lines from the top to the bottom of the packaging on the right side corner of the packaging and the portion between said two straight lines are sunken in. The matter shown in broken lines, to wit, the size and shape of the box and the line representing the opening of the box, is not claimed as a feature of the mark, and is included merely to indicate placement of the mark, as described above, on the box.
