Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional product configuration of a boot resembling a boot used for a hockey skate, wherein the boot has a top tongue portion extending higher than the top ankle portion, a top rear portion extending higher than the top ankle portion, and an eyelet panel extending from a toe portion, along and below the top ankle portion, and around to the rear of the boot, leaving a space between the top rear portion and the eyelet panel wherein a design resembling a tendon guard is located at the rear of the boot.
