The mark consists of the stylized word "POParella's" having both of the letters "P" capitalized and having an overflowing bag of popcorn used as the "O" in the word "POP". The remaining letters are all lower case and use a piece of popcorn as the apostrophe located between the "a" and the "s"; the lower case, cursive words "GOURMET POPCORN AND TREATS!" are situated directly beneath the letters "PARELLA'S" and a female figure holding a steaming bag of popcorn is standing to the right of the words "POParella's gourmet popcorn and treats!".
