From left to right, the nine small heart designs are pink, light green, tan, blue, pink, light green, pink, light blue, and light green. The words "Keeping kids in school and out of the emergency room" appear beneath the word "Breathmobile", with the term "Keeping" in green, "kids in school" in dark blue, "and out of" in red, and "the emergency room" in purple. Two dark blue and white eyes appear above the final letter "e" in "Breathmobile" and represent the front of the vehicle. The base of the vehicle design is formed from a thick light blue line with two black and white rightward slanting tires, and appears below the wording "Keeping kids in school and out of the emergency room". A gray triangular shaped shadow appears to the lower left of each tire, and provides the appearance of forward movement to the vehicle.
