The eagle and banner are primarily contained within the inner circle. The sides of the banner and the top of the eagle extend slightly into the outer circle. The crest is divided into four sections. The left top section contains a castle turret. The left bottom section contains an anvil and hammer design. The right top section contains plants. The right bottom section contains a torch.
