Design Mark
The mark consists of the upper case letters "ABE", which are connected and enclosed in a three quarter circle that is created by the upper and lower horizontal lines of the formation of the letter "E". The upper and lower horizontal lines of the formation of the letter "E" extend outward and backward and continue until they meet creating and forming the three quarter circle which encloses the letters "ABE". The center of the formation of the letters "ABE" are all created by a connecting horizontal line, which strikes through all three letters without touching the three quarter circle. The phrase, "All Black Everything" in upper case letters appears around the outside of the three quarter circle in a circular manner with the word "BLACK" in bold letters appearing directly above the portion of the three quarter circle that is above the top of the letters "ABE".
