The mark consists of ten straight tan lines, representing spokes, radiating from a single central point, and a tan circle positioned at three quarters of the distance from the central point to the end of the spokes, which together form a stylized representation of a paddle wheel; and a blue wavy line, representing a single wave of water, which appears below the central point of the wheel, as well as behind the seventh spoke (as numbered clockwise from the 12 o'clock position) and the circle at the point where the spoke intersects the circle, on top of the sixth and fifth spokes (as numbered clockwise from the 12 o'clock position) above the points where the circle intersects the sixth and fifth spokes, and behind the fourth spoke (as numbered clockwise from the 12 o'clock position) and the circle at the point where the spoke intersects the circle.
