Design Mark
The mark consists of the trade dress for the goods with an outline of a leaf located centrally. Above the leaf outline is a crest design with the letter "H" in its center above crossed branches, also inside the crest design. Below the crest are two stylized leaves, one on each side of the crest. The stylized words "HYLEYS THE ARISTOCRATIC TEA" are written underneath the crest and leaf design.
