Design Mark
The mark consists of the configuration of a three dimensional, 12 grams pump spray bottle with nozzle and bull's eye: (1) the pump spray bottle has a cylindrical body with rounded edges at the top and bottom of the cylinder; (2) the cylindrical body progressively narrows as it nears the top of the body of the bottle and then immediately expands to form a lip with rounded edges at the top of the cylindrical body; (3) the nozzle consists of a smaller cylindrical body composed of two parts, with the top part being narrower than the base part of the nozzle; (4) the top part of the nozzle is flat with a slight dip in the center, and the base part of the nozzle has two rings at its bottom; (5) in the center of the top part of the nozzle, there is a two ring circular indentation with a pinhole in the center; and (6) where the nozzle and cylindrical body meet there is a circular band that overlays the lip of the cylindrical body and has a decorative crimp design at its bottom.
