The mark consists of a rectangle with a scalloped edging, which contains inside it a square with a zig-zag edge above a circle; there is a smaller inner rectangle with a dotted line border with a break at the top that contains all the design elements of the mark. On either side of the inner circle is a stylized representation of a man in a robe flanked by flowers above curved filigree shapes; beneath the inner circle is the stylized representation of a mountain range, flanked on either side by two churches with flowers overhead, which in turn are flanked by curved filigree shapes. Forming a decorative pattern in between the aforementioned formations are several small triangular, square, diamond, chevron, and curving filigree shapes.
