The mark consists of a blue rectangle with a scalloped blue and white edging, which contains inside it a white square with a zig-zag edge above a white rectangle with rounded corners; around the outer edges of the larger blue rectangle is a white dotted line, to the right and left of the inner square is the blue and white stylized representation of two cows' heads above two white flowers, and in between the inner square and rectangle is a white heart; beneath the inner rectangle is the blue and white stylized representation of a mountain range, flanked on either side by two blue and white castles with white flowers overhead, which in turn are flanked by two white trees. Forming a decorative pattern in between the aforementioned formations are several small blue and white triangular, square, diamond, chevron, and curving filigree shapes.
