The mark consists of a red rectangle with a scalloped red and white edging, which contains inside it a white square with a zig-zag edge above a white circular shape with a flat top edge; around the outer edges of the larger red rectangle is a white dotted line, to the right and left of the inner square is the red and white stylized representation of two white mountains with a white river and white plant in the foreground above two white flowers, and in between the inner square and rectangle is a white heart with two white waving horizontal lines on either side of the heart; beneath the inner circular shape is the red and white stylized representation of a mountain range, flanked on either side by two white flowers, which are in turn flanked by the red and white stylized representation of two bunches of flowers. Forming a decorative pattern in between the aforementioned formations are several small red and white triangular, square, diamond, chevron, and curving filigree shapes.
