The mark consists of a red ribbon with a yellow line going across the top and bottom of the ribbon. The center of the ribbon is folded creating a wave with a yellow drop behind the top fold of the ribbon. Within the ribbon to the right of the yellow drop are white Hindi characters. Within the ribbon to the left of the yellow drop is a black and white concentric circle. In the outer portion of the circle is the stylized white wording "REGD. TRADE MARK" arced at the top and the stylized white wording "ASHOK OIL & FOOD PRODUCTS" arced at the bottom. The phrases are separated by a white star on each side. In the center circle is the design of a black ace with black band at different lengths protruding towards the ace. Below the concentric circle is a black banner outlined in white containing the white stylized wording "SERVING SINCE 1948". To the right of the concentric circle is the stylized white wording "MOM'S ACE" with "MOM'S" appearing at the top of the "A" in "ACE".
