The gold crest is surrounded on top by a flower and four stars with the top of each side containing a design of a fairy with leafy branches extending from the leg to the bottom of the crest. Appearing beneath the crest design is the stylized black Japanese wording which transliterates to "YUZA JORYUSHO".
