Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging in the form of a bottle. The bottle consists of a skull encased in a rectangular frame whereby the rear side has wording "THE $KULL" and the front side has wording "PHILIPP PLEIN" and the top of the frame is a hexagonal bottle top that has a "P" and its mirror image contained therein. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle and bottle top indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
