Design Mark
The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a white glass bottle having a spherical shaped gold cap with two crossing gold bands in the front and one gold band going around the cap, with circular and diamond-shaped gold gems on the bands and a larger gold gem on the top of the cap. Under the cap is a gold ring with a band of circular gold gems on the top and bottom and a row of diamond-shaped gold gems in the middle. The bottle has a rounded top with straight sides that have ridges and a rounded bottom, with an ornamental design on the side and at the bottom of the bottle is a design of a closed top crown with the word "SYMBOL" underneath. The top part of the bottle from the end of the cap, in the middle of the bottle and to the bottom is in gold, with the clear white part of the bottle on the sides and being at the bottom underneath the gold. The color black represents outlining and is not part of the mark. The matter shown in broken or dotted lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
