Design Mark
The mark consists of the letters "RSP" in stylized font, with the "R" and the "P" drawn with thick black outlines and the "S" in the middle drawn with a thick gray outline. These letters are not fully enclosed, but the lines forming each are broken horizontally through the middle of the letters. The "R" and the "P" have a thin black horizontal line running beneath them. Behind the "S" is a vertical gray arrow pointing upwards and extending both above and below the letter. A black vertical thick line appears on each side of the arrow, also extending both above and below the letter "S".
