The mark consists of package configuration comprising a light blue bottle with a pattern of crosses and dots with silver, gold and white labels. The dotted outline of the bottle shape is not claimed as part of the mark. The top of the bottle features a silver label with "POMMERY" written up the neck of the bottle in stylized blue font. Beneath this a gold label appears featuring a blue roundel in the middle with flourishes at the top and bottom in blue and four dots in blue on the right and left side. At the top of the roundel appears the word "CHAMPAGNE" in blue with "FRANCE" in blue appearing at the bottom. Inside the roundel is a stylized "P" in a white circle, with "POMMERY" and "REIMS" surrounding it in white font inside a thick blue circle. At the bottom of the gold label are the words "MAISON FONDÉE" on the left of the circle and "EN 1836" on the right of the circle, both in a stylized blue font. Lower on the bottle, centered in the middle is a white oval label with two gold circle borders with "ROYAL BLUE SKY" in stylized blue font above a bow with leaf designs to the left and right in gold. A white label appears near the bottom with a gold band at the top and bottom of the label, a blue and gold and silver crest in the middle, surrounded by gold leaves and topped with a gold crown. Beneath that design and between the gold bands is the wording "CHAMPAGNE" in gold stylized font, with "POMMERY" in large blue stylized font beneath that, and with "A REIMS FRANCE" in small gold font beneath that. On the gold band on the bottom of this label is the wording "PRODUCT OF FRANCE ELABORÉ PAR VRANKEN-POMMERY REIMS FRANCE NM 277-001" in stylized blue font.
