DISARONNO RISERVA

The mark consists of the three dimensional configuration of a bottle and bottle cap in combination with the writing and design features appearing thereon; the configuration of the bottle is a general flask-type shape that is approximately twice as wide as it is deep, not tall, and symmetrical from side to side; the bottle configuration is rectangular in shape viewed from the front and rectangular in shape viewed from the sides; the bottle configuration includes a short but distinct cylindrically shaped neck with a raised ring at the top of the neck; the configuration of the cap is squared and block-shaped and is oversized as compared to the bottle and the bottle neck; the cap is longer in its four lateral dimensions than the depth of bottle; the configuration of the cap appears square from the top and rectangular from the side; the stylized word "RISERVA" is written on the four lateral faces of the cap; the neck includes a band with the signature of Domenico Reina; on the front face of the bottle is the stylized wording "DISARONNO RISERVA"; below there is a strip ending with a seal containing a crest featuring two knight's helmets with plumage facing each other above a shield with four thick wavy lines and two leaf-like design elements on either side; the strip extends on the front face and onto the next short side of the bottle; on the strip appears the wording "REFINED IN OAK BARRELS IN MARSALA SICILY" written in stylized characters; below that is a signature of Domenico Reina, the same signature has been set on the band wrapping the bottle neck.
