The mark consists of a label in the general shape of a rectangle with inward curved sides that taper out towards the bottom with a rounded top and a concave bottom, the label has a thin black outside border and a thicker inside border that defines an upper area in the top quarter of the label and a lower area in the bottom three quarters of the label separated by white bow tie shape, the upper area inside border fades from light gray on the left to pink at the top and bottom to dark gray on the right, the lower area inside border fades from light gray on the lower left to pink at the upper left, top and bottom to dark gray on the right, a black circle appears in the center of the white bow tie shape, the circle has a double outside border of black then silver with an inner triple border of silver, black and silver, between the outer an inner border appears the wording "DISTILLED AND BOTTLED BY NEMIROFF" in silver block letters in an arch following the curve of the circle, inside the inner triple border appears a ring of silver dots around the border with a silver wine glass in the center, the wine glass is open at the top and holding some silver liquid in the bottom and a block letter silver "N" inside the glass, the glass has a stylized silver wheat stalk on the left and right forming a laurel and the year "1872" in silver appears below the glass, the upper area in the top quarter of the label is dark gray with the word "Nemiroff" in white stylized letters, the lower area in the bottom three quarters of the label is silver and has the word "PREMIUM" written vertically in large fanciful red letters with the word "DE LUXE" in blue letters placed horizontally inside the letter "I" in "PREMIUM".
