Design Mark
The applied mark for goods and services is a combined designation which consists of a graphic device and a word "SNOWGARD"; the word is written in Latin letters and has no meaning, it is a concocted word; the graphic device is a sign in the form of a triangle, two sides of which are convex; in the centre of the triangle there is an image which represents a tyre tread pattern; distinguished lines look like the letter S which is the first letter of the word "SNOWGARD"; the designation, which is applied as the mark for goods and services, is clear, easily pronounced and memorized together with the graphic device.
