Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a blue bottle with the outline of the bottle and cap in broken lines; the broken lines are used to show placement of the mark and the shape of the bottle and cap are not claimed as features of the mark. The cap and seal are silver-colored with the wording "CENTENARY EDITION 1912-2012" and the number "100" with the "00" represented by the infinity sign stamped on the silver seal, and the wording "CENTENARY EDITION" stamped around the bottom of the cap. The ribbon running from the cap to the seal is blue with silver edging with the words "J MARTELL" in silver script. The frame around the word "MARTELL" as well as the flying bird are gold-colored; the words "MARTELL" and "CORDON BLEU 100 CENTENARY EDITION 1912-2012" are in silver. Below the word "MARTELL" is a gray and silver shield with three blue mallets; the word "FONDEE" in gold is to the left of the shield and the wording "EN 1715," also in gold, is to the right of the shield.
