The mark consists of a stylized design of a human eye. The color black appears in the pupil of the eye, in the edge of the eye around the iris, in the bottom of the upper eyelid that extends from the left side of the eyeball over the eye, down the right and up the right edge of the eyelid. The color black also appears in the right edge of the outer circle around the eyeball and under the right portion of the lower eyelid. The color gray appears in the curved lines comprising the upper and lower eyelid, in the outermost circular design around the eyeball and in the shadows around the eyeball and under the upper and lower eyelids. The iris of the eye is divided into four sections. The upper right section is green. The lower right section is yellow. The upper left section is red, and the lower left section is blue. The color white appears in the right and left corners of the eye and in a small area on the left side of the eyeball between the black circle around the iris of the eye and the gray outermost circular design. The remainder of white in the drawing represents transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
