The mark consists of The word "Trait" in heavy black italic text with the first "T" capitalized and the remaining letters in lowercase, immediately followed by the word "SCORE" in all caps and smaller font sized to fit within a box of a height dimension roughly from the lowest point on the final "t" in "Trait" to the top of the cross of that lowercase "t". The term "SCORE" is in white text also in italics, set within a black background contained in the box dimension described above except that said box surrounding the term "SCORE" is angled rather than square to follow the angle of the text. The left side of the box containing the black background for the term "SCORE" begins at a point common to the far right hand edge of the last "t" in the word "Trait", with the shape of an arrow being formed between said last "t" and the word "SCORE" by the use of a white scalene triangle having a base along the far right side of the final "t" in "Trait" and its remaining two sides intersecting at a point centered vertically within the black box and to the immediate left of the word "SCORE". The Bo-Jac logo is printed in red with one yellow leaf, and positioned across the "ra" in the word "Trait" and set between the cross of the Capital "T" and the dot over the lowercase "i". A group of three yellow rays are positioned beginning from the center of the "i" in "Trait" from left to right over the final "t" in "Trait" and the length of the black box containing the word "SCORE", with the first ray beginning above the center of the "i" in Trait and ending above the "S" in "SCORE", the second ray beginning above the midpoint of the final "t" in "Trait" and ending above the "O" in "SCORE" and the final ray beginning above the right edge of the final "t" in "Trait" and ending above the "E" in "SCORE" and extending to the edge of the black box. The entire mark is underscored by a yellow line.

The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, Black, red, yellow and white.
