"The mark consists of two concentric circles on the goods, one at each end of the lower portion of the bag, the appearance of the circles being formed by the outlines of a round piece of material with piping at an angle to the plane formed by the interface of the front and back of the bag and a strip of material circling the round piece at the two lower ends of the bag. The matter appearing in dashed lines are not claimed as features of the mark and appear only to show the position of the mark on the goods."
