The mark consists of There is an outer circle of needles pointing inwards ? the needles have a flat back end, extend straight inwards in a rectangular form, and then each side of the rectangle form narrows inward towards a point. Inside the outer needle circle is an inner circle. Enclosed in the inner circle is what appears as a stick-figure shape of a human that is laid out with both arms and legs extended outwards. The head, each of the two hands, and each of the two feet are in the form of a circle, and those circle form breaks in the inner circle. There is also a circle at the center point of the stick figure.
