The mark consists of a bar segment of a musical staff of five horizontal parallel lines with vertical lines at each end of the bar, the left end of the segment higher than the right and the segment gracefully curving down from left to right, with the word MELODY positioned on the musical staff in a stylized typeface so that the letters capital "M," lower case "o" and "d" appearing as musical eighth notes, with solid black bases, and the word "COOKIES" positioned horizontally under the musical staff such that the top edge of the letter "S" touches the "y" in "Melody" on the musical staff .
