The mark consists of the stylized words "all" and "canes", with "all" composed of lower case "a" and small capital "L"s, italicized and with shadowing, and superimposed upon the upper portion of a large stylized capital "C" with shadowing which forms the first letter of the word "Canes" whose remaining letters appear in lowercase italics with shadowing just below the word "all" and above the lower curve of the capital "C" which sweeps underneath and to the right of the two words.
