Design Mark
The mark consists of, in part, a design of a palm tree superimposed over a circular sun, with the stylized word "Tropical" superimposed over the palm tree and sun near the bottom of the sun. Beneath the palm tree/sun is a kettle with a handle attached to the sides. The handle is vertically extended to form a half circle above the kettle. The top of the half circle formed by the handle is eclipsed by the palm tree/sun portion of the design. The stylized words "Kettle Cooked" are superimposed over the vertically extended handle and are positioned below the palm tree/sun and above the kettle. Within the kettle and emanating therefrom in various directions are individual pieces of snack food.
